All orders are confirmed once the order form is submitted.
A minimum of 1 weeks’ notice is required for all orders.
Availability may be limited during peak times.
Payments
Full payment is required prior to pickup.
Accepted payment methods will be provided upon confirmation.
Orders are not considered final until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order is submitted, no changes or refunds can be made.
In the rare case Sugared Rose Co. must cancel, a full refund will be issued.
Pickup/Delivery
All orders are for local pickup only at the agreed date and time.
Products not collected on the arranged date will not be refunded.
Allergies & Food Safety
All products are made in a home kitchen operating under California Cottage Food Law.
While care is taken, items may contain or come in contact with allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy.
Customers are responsible for notifying Sugared Rose Co. of any allergies prior to ordering.
Product Quality
Once an item is picked up, Sugared Rose Co. is not responsible for damage, storage, or handling.
Best enjoyed within 1–2 days of pickup for freshness.
